The New Crystalight

Welcome to your first newsletter launched through our brand new fantastic website www.crystalight.com.au

For those of you who are yet to check it out, do yourself a favour. It’s jam packed full of great product information. Have a look through the product pages and news sections. If you require an updated price list please email us. Your feedback is most welcome on the new site and we will continue to make changes in the future, so stay tuned.

Speaking of changes… Change is the ever rolling movement of the universe and a few things have changed here at Crystalight. We have some Crystalight team news and new trading terms, these are outlined on the website but we will recap here as well.

The first and most exciting news is that Kate has had a beautiful baby girl, Gracey. So, she has sadly left us to pursue the most important role in life, parenting. Good luck and all the best to Kate and Gracey.

Karen (this is me writing to you!) has returned from maternity leave, Sienna is allowing her mum to come back to Crystalight on a part time basis and the lovely Marlene has left to continue her real passion and very talented art career. A huge thank you and our deepest gratitude to Marlene who has looked after so many of you, for a dozen years.

We are now working on an appointment only basis when you choose to shop in person with us at Crystalight. Please phone ahead to make an appointment to visit our warehouse.

New Savings for all our valued customers…We are now offering a 5% discount on all orders (after you place your very first order). There are some terms and conditions to the discount (eg: already discounted items do not have an additional 5% discount, and a few products are excluded). When you shop in person you still receive the 10% cash and carry discount plus get great in-house specials.

We are asking that orders be sent by email or fax, however if you do need to place an order by phone, please try to call us on Mondays and Thursdays between 12.30 and 3 pm.
